Kit order checklist

1Roster and sizes

• Roster in a spreadsheetPlayer names, numbers and sizes, one row per player.
• Sizes by playerYouth through adult sizing can be on one order.
• Spare sizes addedA few extra sizes in case of late changes.
• Quantity checked against the minimumTeam sets start from 15 kits. Other styles start at 50 per style.

2Colours

• Main colours chosenWrite them down for shirt, shorts and socks.
• Shorts and socks confirmed with the shirtSo the set matches as one kit.
• Contrast kit if your sport needs oneFor example a goalkeeper shirt or an away colourway.
• League colour rules checkedYour league may set colour or contrast rules.

3Numbers and names

• Numbers checked against your league's rulesSome leagues limit which numbers are legal.
• Number size and colour contrast agreedSize and contrast are often set by the league.
• Names spelled as they should printCopy them from the roster, not from memory.
• Print method chosenSublimated into the design, or heat transferred if the roster may change.

4Sponsor logos and crest

• Crest and sponsor logos supplied as vector artworkA clean file, not a screenshot.
• Placement of each mark marked on a sketchChest, sleeve, back, shorts.
• League limits on sponsor size checkedSome leagues cap logo size, number or colour.

5Home and away

6Deadline

8Sample approval
