How to Order Custom Team Uniforms: A Step-by-Step Guide

Ordering a full set of custom team uniforms for the first time can feel like a lot to coordinate — sizing across a whole roster, sponsor logos, club colors, and a deadline you can't move. Here's exactly how the process works, from first inquiry to a finished kit on your team's back.

1. Define What You Need

Start with the basics: which sport, how many players, and what's included in the kit (jersey only, or jersey + shorts + socks). If you already have a design or club crest, have it ready in a vector format (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG). If you don't have a design yet, that's fine — we can work from a rough sketch or reference photos.

2. Choose Fabric & Fit

Team kits are almost always built from moisture-wicking performance fabric, but weight and stretch vary by sport — football/soccer kits are typically lighter than cricket whites, for example. We'll recommend a fabric based on your sport and climate.

3. Confirm Sizing Across the Roster

Send us a size breakdown for your full roster (e.g. "4x Small, 10x Medium, 6x Large"). If players haven't been measured yet, we can provide a size chart to send around before you finalize the order.

4. Sample Approval

We produce a sample first — typically in 8–10 days — so you can check colors, print quality, and fit before we cut fabric for the full roster. Nothing goes to bulk production until you've approved the sample.

5. Bulk Production & Shipping

Once the sample is approved, the full order goes into production and typically ships in 15–18 days. We'll keep you updated at each stage so you know exactly when your kits will land.
