Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use https://nyxlete.com, submit a quote request, or place an order with Nyxlete ({{TODO: insert registered legal entity name once decided, if different from the trading name}}). By using this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to them.

Quotes Are Not Orders

Submitting the "Get a Quote" form is a request for pricing and information — it doesn't create a binding order. An order is confirmed only once we've agreed on product spec, quantity, price, and payment terms with you directly, typically by email.

Samples Before Bulk

For every order, we produce a sample against your confirmed spec before bulk production begins. Bulk production starts only after you approve that sample. Changes requested after bulk production has started may affect price and timeline.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing depends on product, fabric, quantity, and decoration method, and is confirmed in writing before production starts. Payment terms (deposit and balance, if applicable) will be set out in your order confirmation. Prices quoted don't include duties, taxes, or import charges in your destination country unless we've said otherwise.

Turnaround Times

Typical turnaround is 8–10 days for a sample and 15–18 days for bulk production after sample approval. These are typical timelines, not guarantees — actual timing can vary with order complexity, fabric availability, and order volume, and we'll tell you if a specific order is expected to run outside that range.

Your Designs & Artwork

Any designs, artwork, logos, or specifications you send us remain your property. We use them only to produce your order and don't reuse, resell, or share them with anyone else without your permission. You confirm that anything you send us doesn't infringe someone else's intellectual property.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once bulk production has started against an approved sample, orders generally can't be cancelled or changed without agreement on any costs already incurred. Cancellations before bulk production begins are handled case by case — contact us as early as possible if your needs change.

Shipping

We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan and ship internationally. Shipping method, cost, and estimated transit time are confirmed with your order. Once goods leave our facility, transit time is outside our control, though we'll help track and resolve issues with the carrier where we can.

Limitation of Liability

We stand behind the quality of what we produce against the sample you approved. Beyond remaking or crediting a production error that's genuinely on our side, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost event dates or lost sales) arising from an order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
